If you cater for groups, I will recommend which travel agencies and tour operators to approach and how to make your offer more attractive for them.
Based on the analysis of your competitors, we will define the right price level and in case of long-term cooperation we will adjust prices together, particularly for peak times such as Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, according to sales and occupancy.
I will help you define realistic sales targets. If you do not have them in place yet, we will create reports in order to regularly monitor performance – peak vs off peak periods, etc.
