  • Following a site visit I can provide a SWOT analysis of your business – how it is unique, what your strengths are compared to the competition, but also what can damage and threaten you. I will define the direct competition in your area and together we will find the best way to face it.
  • I will ensure your visibility online and refine your presentation, both on your own website and on other sales channels such as booking.com, Expedia etc. I will also recommend which other sales channels might work for you. If you cater for groups, I will recommend which travel agencies and tour operators to approach and how to make your offer more attractive for them.
  • Based on the analysis of your competitors, we will define the right price level and in case of long-term cooperation we will adjust prices together, particularly for peak times such as Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, according to sales and occupancy.
  • I will help you define realistic sales targets. If you do not have them in place yet, we will create reports in order to regularly monitor performance – peak vs off peak periods, etc.
  • Should you be interested, I cooperate with experts in the field of PR and marketing who can formulate a marketing strategy for you – newsletters and special offers via e-mail for repeat customers, loyalty programmes and visibility in the media.
